I’ve been a long time user of PayPal and have had problem after problem with the service, including having over $1,000 removed from my account by PayPal, being locked out of my account for no reason, and the latest customer service disaster of none actually helping me out with my issues in trying to get close to $800 out of my account that was generously given to support flood victims in Peru.
Everyone I talk to seems to have a PayPal horror story of their own. It’s insane. The PayPalSucks.com forums are very active with new stories and issues/problems people are having.
In my opinion, PayPal is nothing more than a very well run organized crime organization.
I can’t even cancel my PayPal account right now because I’m waiting on the Compliance Department to reverse changes they made to my account in error. You cannot call the Compliance Department to resolve issues… you HAVE to email them and they will try to respond to your issue within 72 hours. FAIL.
Dear PayPal, if you read this (and I know you won’t and/or you won’t care because you don’t care about your customers), I am on the next train leaving the station. Thanks for nothing.
